Fill out the form below to start your FFL transfer with CitiBoi Outdoors LLC. A representative will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm and schedule your pickup.
All fields marked required must be completed. If you don't have all firearm details yet, fill in what you know and add notes in the Additional Notes field.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — NC Driver's License or State ID. Must match the name on the transfer form exactly.
Must be 21+ for handguns and 18+ for long guns and NFA items. No exceptions under federal law.
You will complete ATF Form 4473 at pickup. Be prepared to answer all questions truthfully — falsifying Form 4473 is a federal felony.
All transfers require a NICS background check. Firearms will not be released until the check clears. Denials are non-refundable.
$25 standard transfer fee due at pickup after background check approval. NFA and special items may vary. Cash or card accepted.
A valid NC Concealed Handgun Permit or Pistol Purchase Permit may be required for handgun transfers under NC state law.
