Every CBO Built™ firearm is individually serialized and registered in compliance with ATF regulations and North Carolina state law. Each firearm is a legal, traceable weapon that requires a compliant FFL transfer before possession.

As a licensed FFL dealer (FFL # 1-56-119-07-6J-17651), CitiBoi Outdoors LLC handles all transfer paperwork including ATF Form 4473 and NICS background check. You will not take possession of any firearm until all legal requirements are satisfied.

All CBO Built™ firearms are manufactured and transferred in full compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 and North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 14, Article 53.

A CitiBoi representative will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm availability and schedule your pickup appointment.

Come In With Your ID

Visit us at 7415 Old Statesville Rd., Charlotte, NC 28269. Bring a valid government-issued photo ID and any required permits.

Complete the Paperwork

Complete ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. Once approved, pay the transfer fee and take possession of your firearm.
