This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Agreement") governs your use of the CitiBoi Outdoors LLC website located at citiboioutdoors.com, as well as any products, services, firearms transfers, and training classes offered by CitiBoi Outdoors LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer operating in Charlotte, North Carolina.

By accessing our website, placing an order, enrolling in a class, or requesting any service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact, quote, or transfer request form; enroll in a CCW class or training session; purchase merchandise or accessories; subscribe to our email newsletter; or contact us by phone or email. This may include your full name, phone number, email address, mailing address, firearm details, and payment information. For FFL transfers, we are required by federal law to collect and retain additional identification and transfer documentation.

Information We Do Not Share

Data Retention

ATF regulations require us to retain firearm transfer records (Form 4473) for a minimum of 20 years. Other customer records are retained as necessary to fulfill orders and comply with applicable law.

Website Usage Terms

By accessing citiboioutdoors.com you agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Purchases & Refunds

Merchandise & Accessories

All merchandise purchases are processed through our Squarespace-powered store. We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase with original packaging. To initiate a return contact us at barrywhite@citiboifoundation.com or call (980) 636-2306.

Firearms & FFL Items

All firearm and FFL-regulated item sales are final once a background check has been approved and the transfer is complete. No refunds will be issued on completed firearm transfers.

Service Fees

Service fees are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for certain custom services such as stippling.

FFL Transfer Terms

CitiBoi Outdoors LLC is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer authorized to conduct firearm transfers in accordance with the Gun Control Act of 1968, ATF regulations, and North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 14, Article 53.

Transfer Requirements

• All transferees must be at least 21 years of age for handguns and 18 years of age for long guns
• All transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at time of pickup
• A North Carolina Pistol Purchase Permit or valid NC CHP may be required for handgun transfers
• Firearms will only be released to the individual listed on the transfer paperwork

Prohibited Transfers

We will not complete any transfer that is unlawful under federal or NC law, including straw purchases, transfers to prohibited persons under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), private sales without proper documentation, or any transfer where there is reasonable cause to believe the firearm will be used unlawfully.

Transfer Fees

The standard transfer fee is $25 per firearm, due upon pickup after a successful background check. NFA and special handling items may incur additional fees. Payment is accepted in cash or card.

Failed Background Checks

If a NICS background check results in a denial, the firearm will not be transferred and will be returned to the sending dealer at the customer's expense. Transfer fees are non-refundable in the event of a denial.

CCW Class Enrollment Terms

CitiBoi Outdoors LLC offers North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) training courses conducted by NRA certified instructor Barry White in compliance with N.C.G.S. § 14-415.12, which establishes the requirements for CHP certification in North Carolina.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident
• Not be prohibited from possessing a firearm under federal or North Carolina law
• Not have been adjudicated mentally incompetent or involuntarily committed to a mental institution
• Not have a pending criminal charge that would disqualify you from obtaining a CHP

Course Requirements

• Students must attend the full 8-hour course to receive a certificate of completion
• Live fire qualification is required
• Students must demonstrate safe firearm handling throughout the course
• CitiBoi Outdoors LLC reserves the right to remove any student who poses a safety risk without refund

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the class date will receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once
• No-shows forfeit their enrollment fee entirely
• CitiBoi Outdoors LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment with full refunds issued

Firearms Services Terms

Drop-Off & Pickup

• All firearms left for service must be unloaded and safe to handle upon drop-off
• Valid photo ID is required at drop-off and pickup
• Firearms not picked up within 30 days of completion notice may be subject to storage fees
• Abandoned firearms will be handled in accordance with North Carolina law

Service Authorization

By dropping off a firearm for service, you authorize CitiBoi Outdoors LLC to perform the agreed service and represent that you are the lawful owner of the firearm or have written authorization from the owner.

Custom Stippling

Custom frame and grip stippling is a permanent modification. By authorizing stippling services, you acknowledge that the modification is irreversible and that CitiBoi Outdoors LLC is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the result provided the service was performed as described at the time of the quote.

Private Instruction

Students must adhere to all range rules and firearm safety protocols. CitiBoi Outdoors LLC reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a student's conduct poses a safety risk.

Service Fees

Final service fees are due upon pickup. Quotes are estimates — final pricing may vary if additional work is discovered. You will be contacted for approval before any work exceeding the original quote is performed.

Photo & Media Usage

By attending a CitiBoi Outdoors LLC class, event, or range session, you acknowledge that photos or videos may be taken for use in our marketing materials, website, and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you must notify us in writing before your session begins.

You grant CitiBoi Outdoors LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any photos or videos taken during our classes or events in which you appear for marketing and promotional purposes. All product images, logos, and branded content on citiboioutdoors.com may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability Disclaimer

Assumption of Risk

Firearms training, handling, and use involve inherent risks including personal injury and property damage. By enrolling in any class, dropping off a firearm for service, or participating in any activity offered by CitiBoi Outdoors LLC, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms handling and training.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, CitiBoi Outdoors LLC, its owners, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or misuse of any firearm, participation in any training class, use of information on our website, or unauthorized access to your data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CitiBoi Outdoors LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services or your violation of these terms or any applicable law.

North Carolina Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to This Agreement

CitiBoi Outdoors LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
